Every engagement includes
Universal identification, with no spectral library required
Biological interpretation and reporting through the Pyxis co-scientist
HILIC, reversed-phase, and lipid column chemistries
Your data stay yours, with full data and IP isolation
Nothing you run is folded into the foundation model
Enterprise security and compliance
Priority support and solution engineering
Pyxis is AI and, like a human scientist, can make mistakes. Scientific poly-intelligence is our process of iterative refinement, where human and machine intelligence collaborate to accomplish together more than each could discover alone.
FAQs
Two ways to work with Pyxis, one foundation beneath both.
What is de novo chemotyping?
Genotyping reads a genome without needing to have seen that genome before. Chemotyping does the same job for the biochemome, establishing what every molecule in a sample is and how much of it is present. Doing it de novo means Pyxis does not need a reference spectrum for a molecule in order to name it, which is what lifts the ceiling off coverage.
